Mercedes-Benz Truck and Van Dealer group, Rygor Commercials continues to be recognised for its team’s commitment to excellent customer service, winning Van Dealer of The Year at the 2021 WhatVan? Awards. This prestigious award win is a fantastic achievement, recognising the effort and dedication of the business’ van division, in delivering exceptional customer service to its customers.
Throughout the pandemic, Rygor has been consistently proud of the hard work and dedication of its whole team, understanding that to Set Standards within the industry, its team needs to be the best of the best. The business was therefore delighted that two of its team were recognised, at the Mercedes-Benz Van Stars Heroes
2020 online awards ceremony last week. Head of People and Communications, Kate Ruberry-Shoemack took home the ‘Unsung Hero’ award for her dedication to both the Rygor business and the Mercedes-Benz brand, and Mathew Osborn, Mobile Technician, received a special recognition from Mercedes-Benz Vans Managing Director, Steve Bridge. Mat was recognised for going above and beyond, to ensure he was always available to keep his courier customer on the road during the pandemic.
Although 2020 has been full of challenges for everyone, Rygor has been committed to delivering exceptional customer service, and investing heavily in its facilities and its team.
