Yesterday (March 28), Transport Monthly attended Luke Pinder’s Ginetta GT5 practice day at Oulton Park to check out his new car and performance on the track, following our sponsorship deal.

Luke Pinder was at peak performance on the track, demonstrating why he has been able to rise up the racing ranks so quickly. The other drivers in attendance had no chance as Luke tore up the track, leaving them all in his dust.

The Ginetta GT5 Challenge is widely known as the breeding ground for future professional drivers.
It takes place over seven race weekends between April 15 and September 24 2017 on the following dates:

Oulton Park: April 15 – 16

Rockingham Circuit: April 29 – 30

Thruxton Circuit: May 6 – 7

Silverstone GP: June 10 – 11

Zandvoort Circuit: July 7 – 8

Knockhill Circuit: August 12 – 13

Donnington Park GP: September 23 – 24

Highlights from every race can be seen on Motors TV and the GP races can be caught live on ITV4, in support of their BTCC footage.

We’re looking forward to cheering Luke along for the whole season and wish him the best of luck!
